Roza'

Story:

    This is Roza' (Ro-Zay). He was born in Daegu, South Korea. He is the only person who has superpowers. His power is fire which is blue because of his family line. He is the brother of Ryoman Sukuna, but Sukuna doesn't know that he is brother (mom side). He is also related to the Todoroki family, somewhere along the line, Dabi is his uncle (dad side). At this point in life for him, he doesn't know which side he is on (saving people or killing them).
